14/01/2025. In the eastern Part of the Democratic Republic of Congo,( Masisi) there exists compelling proof that both Rwanda and Uganda are engaging in criminal activities operations. Despite the mounting allegations against these governments, no sanctions by relevant international institutions have been imposed on either Rwanda or Uganda. The ongoing act of criminal activities has persisted for an extended duration, resulting in the tragic loss of innocent civilians within the country. Should the neighbouring nations of Rwanda and Uganda be granted the liberty to act without consequences, thus perpetuating a cycle of violence and injustice?
